Weatherford, TX - The Golf Club and Developer of the Crown Valley master-planned community celebrated their groundbreaking ceremony this past Friday (October 26th) as part of the BA Fun Day Festivities, which was hosted by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.

The Golf Club @ Crown Valley Management Team and Centurion American Development Group shared construction plans with local East Parker County residents and business owners unveiling plans for the Golf Club @ Crown Valley which is scheduled to start construction as early as February 2008.

The Golf Club Management Team provided plans and fielded questions prior to the Groundbreaking Ceremony. The construction plans showcased the layout for the spectacular ranch-style clubhouse ideal for entertaining clients or relaxing with family and friends. Planned Amenities will include a comfortable lounge, a member and guest dining room and grill for lunch and dinner, men's and women's locker rooms, a resort-style swimming pool, tennis courts, a state of the art fitness center and a complete PGA professional golf shop. The Clubhouse will also feature a full-service banquet room for accommodations up to 200 members and guests and many other exciting engagements. Members and guests also enjoy a great practice facility, which includes a full length driving range, pitching, chipping area and a full size putting green.

The Golf Club @ Crown Valley will be located near the Crown Valley Estates subdivision. Crown Valley is located right off Mikus Road. Proceed North and head towards Crown Road where you will take a right and the clubhouse site location can be found south of the Crown Valley Estates community.

BROKER'S LUNCHEON AND TOUR OF HOMES

CROWN VALLEY GOLF COMMUNITY-WEATHERFORD, TX-Following the Groundbreaking Ceremony, the Crown Valley community hosted a Broker's Open and Tour of Homes. Several Builders showcased their custom home selections ranging from $200's up to $500's+. The Tour of Homes allowed local residents, and business owners the opportunity to see the latest floor plans from Woodhaven, National Homes and Custom Craft Builders.

BA FUN DAY GOLF TOURNAMENT

GOLF CLUB @ CROWN VALLEY - WEATHERFORD, TX - The BA Fun Day Festivities concluded with the Greater Fort Worth Builder's Association's Fun Day Golf Tournament which will took place at the Golf Club @ Crown Valley located at 1204 Mikus Road in Weatherford, TX. The event was held by the Greater Fort Worth Builder's Association and was sponsored by Ingram Enterprises, Lee Lighting and Centurion American Development Group. (Developer of Crown Valley)

The event featured a four-man scramble with over 60 members, realtor, builder, developer and associate partners who are involved with the Builder's Association. Lunch was provided by Ingram Enterprises, refreshments were provided by the Greater Fort Worth Builder's Association and Crown Valley was the official beverage sponsor. The event was followed by an Award Ceremony presented by Lee Lighting.
